Your consultant travels with you (on most tours) to ensure everything goes according to plan and that there are no unforseen circumstances that prevent you from making the most of the experience. Your trip can be as planned or spontaneous as you like. Sightseeing can be limited or extensive. The costs minimal or extravagant!

Our range of services includes:

• Tour customisation according to your group needs and budget
• An information session for the group providing itinerary, costs, inclusions, stopover options, booking conditions, booking form and a special FAQ sheet for Performance Groups
• Invitations printed for the information session
• Full travel consulting service
• Expert advice/quotes for any additional services required after the tour including travel insurance claims
• Fundraising assistance
• A bonus of $1000 for dance groups towards costumes (conditions apply)
• Audition application arranged
• Escorting your group overseas (on most tours) and coordinate the arrangements for you. Departure date will determine whether or not we travel  from Australia with you.
